Lenka is practicing taiji since 1996, teaching it for more then 10 years now. Her interest is in finding beneficial way how to improve the body condition from any starting point. Teaching adults as well as seniors, Lenka is using The Flow form as a effective tool to work on structural and energetic aspect of the body in many classes.
