We will be working to integrate the following principles, relaxation, structural alignment, balance, and calmness.
Better posture, alignment and balance, improved blood circulation and a strengthened immune system are just some of the many benefits that can result from this type of practice.
Teaching will be adjusted accordingly to the students level.

How will I join the class:
Once your order has been processed, a generated email from the Online Store will send you an Invite link and your Zoom Meeting ID and password. You will also recieve a link to the Video Replay page, you will get the password during the meeting, this video will remain open for one week after the class. This information will be also displayed in your Flow Form account on the website.
Reception starts 10 minutes before the class.
How to use Zoom:
1. Zoom needs to be installed on your computer or phone
2. To use Zoom, you need to know the buttons in the zoom window:
– Bottom left (Mute / Unmute, Stop Video / Start Video)
This will allow you to turn off the sound or image of your computer.
